AIDS

This time I will try to discuss the notion of AIDS disease, the cause of AIDS disease, pattern or mode of transmission and treatment of AIDS disease and treatment provided to patients with HIV + or AIDS.

AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. AIDS is a disease caused as a result berkembangbiaknya HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) in the human body, which it attacks the white blood cells (CD4 cells) that cause damage to the immune system. The loss or reduction in body resistance to make the person very easily infected by various diseases, including even minor ailments.

HIV attacks CD4 cells and makes it a breeding ground of new HIV virus, and then ruin it, so can not be used again. As we know that the white blood cells are necessary for the immune system. Without the immunity of our body when attacked by disease, our body is weak and does not attempt to fight an outbreak of disease and consequently we may die even if exposed to influenza or common cold.

When the human body is affected by the HIV virus does not directly cause or suffer from AIDS, but needed a long time and even years for HIV to cause AIDS or HIV-positive are deadly.

How HIV Transmission AIDS
1. Through the blood. eg blood transfusion, infected with HIV + blood on the wounded skin, syringes, etc..

2. Through semen, semen (sperm or semen Men). eg; a man have sex with their partner without using condoms or other security, oral sex, etc.

3. Through the Women's vaginal fluids. eg; woman unprotected intercourse, sharing sex aids, oral sex, etc..

4. Through Breast (ASI). eg; baby drinking breast milk from women hiv +, Men drinking breast milk partner, etc..

The body fluids that contain no HIV virus in people with HIV + among others saliva (saliva or saliva), Faeces (feces or feces), tears, sweat Water

A person affected by the HIV virus at the beginning of the beginning generally do not provide the signs and symptoms that typically, people only have a fever for 3 to 6 weeks depending on the immune system when a virus such contacts. When conditions improved, people infected with HIV virus will remain healthy in a few years and slowly decreased body kekebelan / weak to fall ill because of recurrent fever attacks. One way to get certainty is to undergo HIV antibody test especially if one feels has been conducting activities that risk HIV virus.

The signs and symptoms appear in people with diseases such as AIDS are like below:

Although from different countries continue to researchnya in coping with HIV AIDS, but until now there is no AIDS cure or vaccine, including a serum that can cure people of HIV virus causes AIDS. The purpose of providing medicine to AIDS patients is to help improve endurance, enhance quality of life for meraka known HIV virus in an effort to reduce the number of births and deaths.
