How to overcome the excessive fatigue experienced most of the day? Someone was able to feel fatigue in his daily routine, no matter how long she slept / rested. Are there healthy steps can be taken to cope with excessive fatigue, without the coffee or caffeine as an enhancer element of the spirit?
