Do not Ignore Migraine


Busyness and work piling up, maybe make you feel the tension. As a result the back and neck become stiff or even affected by migraine. If this kind of headache attack, should not be ignored. Here are some tips to prevent and treat headaches.


1) Do not underestimate the headache. Do not take the headache away on its own soon.

2) Take medications. Immediately taking medication when headache attack.

3) Lie. If you can, switch your job to someone else. Rest is and lay your body.

4) a dark room. When migraine attack, dark place can help ease it. So, close the door, close windows, turn off the lights. Close your eyes.

5) Place of calm. Rest in peace will make you feel relaxed. So while at work, you can ask permission to go home and lay in the house. Or calm down on the car for a while.

6) Apply the ice. Compresses with ice can relieve stress and bring the coolness and ease the pain. Soak a small towel into the broken ice and place it on the neck and forehead.

7) Sleep. Sometimes the migraine occurs due to lack of sleep. So when a headache strikes, your sleep ends meet.
