Eat To relieve stress

The bustle and pressures of daily work we unknowingly stress produced twill time. There are many fugitives to relieve stress, among them the food. What is your favorite food choices as a stress reliever? Most people might choose ice cream or chocolate as a favorite stress relievers. We often stress transfer through the food that causes a sense of comfort. Next time when you want to relieve stress with food select fruit or drink tea without caffeine than coffee.

1. Eat Meat

Red meat? Most of us avoid eating meat, but the actual wait beef had a positive effect for our body. Meat contains iron, vitamin B and zinc, all of these substances is needed to reduce stress levels. But if too much red meat consumption can cause heart and cholesterol. Thus consumption in moderation.

2. Reduce Coffee

Of course, one cup of coffee in the morning can increase the spirit left for work. But coffee also have contributed to the increased stress. 3. Drinking glass of milk

4. Fish Consumption

Fish, especially tuna and salmon on the menu will help you stay on track no stress. These fish contain vitamin B which is useful to increase serotonin, a substance which is useful in preventing depression. Input menu this fish in your diet at least twice a week.

5. Eat With Organized
